Jacqueline Fernandez was born in Manama and grew up in an ethnically diverse, multiracial family. Jacqueline's dad Elroy Fernandez is Sri Lankan. She eventually gave up playing when she made the decision to pursue a career as a professional model. Padukone has Mangalorean origins and speaks Konkani as her native language. Padukone is located within the Kundapura Taluk of Karnataka's Udupi District. Prakash Padukone has retired as an internationally renowned badminton athlete, while her mother is also a travel agent.
